MaKell currently works as the Practice Manager at Snake River Surgical, and the director of Pure Esthetics. She earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is also a trained phlebotomist. MaKell's personal and professional values include hard work, being a dynamic member of the team, and always being respectful of others.  Her hobbies include spending time with her loved ones, and traveling the world.

Kristi currently works at Snake River Surgical as the Treatment Coordinator. She is a Certified Professional Coder, Certified Billing and Coding Specialist, Certified Medical Administrative Assistant and has completed ongoing training in Ambulatory Surgery and Outpatient Procedure coding. She values the opportunity to serve patients by providing support and guidance through the financial and scheduling process. Her personal goals include continuing her education and ongoing professional development. Her hobbies include spending time in the outdoors with her family.

Heather currently works as an Administrative Assistant. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, and is a former firefighter. Her personal and professional values include kindness, positivity, and hard work. She loves helping others. Her personal goals include obtaining her Masters degree to add value to the organization and to run a half marathon. Heather loves spending time with her family and friends ands going 4-wheeling and snow machining with her husband.

Jacque currently works as an Administrative Assistant. She has 20 years of experience in the dental field and has been trained as both a Dental Assistant and an Administrative Assistant. She enjoys using her bilingual skills to help others. Jacque values respect, compassion, and lifelong learning. Her personal goals include refining her skills in the practice, and contributing to the team goals. Her hobbies include spending time with her loved ones. 

Aislynn currently works as a Surgical Assistant. She values grit, honesty, and kindness. Her personal goals include building  a strong foundation for her future family, growing her career in the medical field, and always trying new things. In her free time she enjoys reading, working out, and spending as much time as she can outdoors.

Brinley currently works as a Surgical Assistant. She graduated high school in 2023. She values working hard, having a good attitude, and being a positive person in her personal and professional life. Her personal goals include going to nursing school to further her education. She also hopes to travel the world. Brinley, in her free time, loves wake surfing, traveling, fishing, and mostly just spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
