Practice Manager and Pure Esthetics Director

MaKell Adamson

MaKell serves as the Practice Manager at Snake River Surgical and the Director of Pure Esthetics. She is a trained phlebotomist and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. MaKell’s personal and professional values are rooted in hard work, teamwork, and respect for others. She takes pride in being a dynamic leader who fosters collaboration and growth. Outside of work, MaKell enjoys spending time with her loved ones and traveling the world.

Executive Assistant

Leah Judd

Leah serves as the Executive Assistant at Snake River Surgical, where she plays an essential role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth daily operations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and believes deeply in the values of hard work, compassion, and kindness—principles that guide both her professional and personal life. Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and children, serving others in her community, and finding peace in the outdoors. She loves hiking, running, and embracing any opportunity to enjoy nature and stay active.

Treatment Coordinator

Kristi Larson

Kristi is the Treatment Coordinator at Snake River Surgical. She is a Certified Professional Coder, Certified Billing and Coding Specialist, and Certified Medical Administrative Assistant, with advanced training in Ambulatory Surgery and Outpatient Procedure coding. She values the opportunity to serve patients by offering guidance and support throughout the financial and scheduling process. Kristi is committed to lifelong learning and continued professional development. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Ashley Adams

Ashley works as a Treatment Coordinator and Billing/Coding Specialist at Snake River Surgical. She enjoys the challenges that come with her multifaceted role and appreciates the opportunity to learn something new every day. Ashley looks forward to continued growth as the practice expands and hopes to one day travel the world. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, being in nature, camping, longboarding, and soaking up the sunshine.

Front End Manager

Heather Mitchell

Heather serves as the Front End Manager at Snake River Surgical. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree. Her personal and professional values include kindness, positivity, and hard work—qualities she brings to every interaction. Heather enjoys helping others and is working toward her personal goal of running a half marathon. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends and going 4-wheeling and snow machining with her husband.

Administrative Assistant

Aubree Mace

Aubree is an Administrative Assistant at Snake River Surgical and a student in the Nursing Program, working toward her goal of becoming a NICU nurse. She is passionate about caring for others and strives to be authentic in all she does—both personally and professionally. Outside of work and school, Aubree loves to travel, especially anywhere near the beach, and enjoys spontaneous adventures. In her free time, she can often be found playing volleyball or spending quality time with family and friends.

Danielle Hill

Danielle works as an Administrative Assistant at Snake River Surgical. She is grounded in grit, compassion, and positivity, and brings dedication and warmth to her role each day. She values hard work, kindness, and being open to new challenges as she continues to grow in her medical career. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her kids, family, and friends. She loves hiking, camping, and making s’mores by the campfire, as well as staying active through sports and outdoor adventures.

Aislynn Flanary

Aislynn is a Surgical Assistant at Snake River Surgical and a Rexburg native. She values working hard, honesty, and is passionate about patient care. Her goals include building a strong future for her family and expanding her career in the medical field. When she’s not assisting in surgery she enjoys reading, hitting the gym and being outdoors.

Brinley Carter

Brinley joined Snake River Surgical as a Surgical Assistant after graduating high school in 2023. She believes in working hard, maintaining a positive attitude, and being a light to those around her. Brinley’s goals include attending nursing school to further her education and exploring new places around the world. In her free time, she enjoys wake surfing, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Kacie Ricks

Kacie is a dedicated Surgical Assistant with a passion for teamwork and patient care in the operating room. A 2024 graduate of Madison High School, she brings focus, precision, and positivity to every task.
Outside of work, Kacie loves spending time with her family, hiking, shopping, and enjoying any adventure outdoors—especially traveling to Hawaii, one of her favorite destinations.

Surgical Assistant

Kiley Wright

Kiley was born and raised in Rexburg, Idaho, and works as a Surgical Assistant at Snake River Surgical. She earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification while still in high school and has been with the practice for over a year. Known for her dedication, compassion, and strong work ethic, Kiley plans to further her education in the medical field to continue growing her impact on patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her dirt bike, fishing, catching frogs, and spending time with family and friends.
